Revamping the Gun Damage

    So this has been in my mind for ages,
    Making Shoota a more balanced and fair game for everybody so every gun has it's own use.

    Let's start with some major things...
    Remove Stopping Power, Juggernaut and Sonic Boom. A Perk that increases your health or increases your weapon damage should never really NEVER be in a FPS game, One of these 3 Perks are then always a must pick as a perk making the others obsolete.

    Now let's move onto the gun damage

    Pistols:

    USP: 4 Hearts Max - 3 Hearts after 10 Meters - 2,5 Hearts after 15 Meters - 2 Hearts after 25 Meters
    Desert Eagle 6 Hearts Max - 5 Hearts after 7 Meters - 4,5 Hearts after 13 Meters - 3,5 Hearts after 20 Meters
    Executioner 3 Hearts (x5) Max - 2 Hearts (x5) after 3 Meters


    Machine Pistols:

    G18: 2,5 Hearts Max - 2 Hearts after 7 Meters - 1,5 Hearts after 20 Meters
    M93 Raffica: 3,5 Hearts Max - 3 Hearts after 4 Meters - 2,5 Hearts after 10 Meters - 2 Hearts after 20 Meters
    Mac-11: 3 Hearts Max - 2 Hearts after 8 Meters


    Assault Rifles:

    M16: 3,5 Hearts Max - 3 Hearts after 18 Meters - 2,5 Hearts after 25 Meters
    AK-47: 4 Hearts Max - 3 Hearts after 15 Meters - 2,5 Hearts after 30 Meters
    G3: 4,5 Hearts Max - 4 Hearts after 10 Meters - 3,5 Hearts after 25 Meters - 3 Hearts after 40 Meters
    Galil: 3,5 Hearts Max - 3 Hearts after 13 Meters - 2,5 Hearts after 26 Meters

    Thumper kills anything within it's explosion in about 1,5 Meters (2,5 with Sonic Boom)
    Chainsaw is an Automatic low range knife which never overheats but makes alot of noise to yourself and your enemy nearby.

    When you said snipers and shotguns were fine, where you talking about them with Stopping power? Because if you were and stopping power gets removed, then they're going to be doing less damage than you were ok with. Also, how much more damage would Headshots do?

    Snipers would be fine due to the lower Gun damage of all guns, Snipers will have no damage drop-off whatso ever making them excellent at long ranges while taking minimum damage of all other weapons and Headshots would be always a x1.5 Multiplier (Shotguns have no multiplier)

    Well. I will have to disagree on some points. Guns that auto fire have less gunpowder in individual bullets so id say should deal less, and not be a on sight kill. While singleshot should be around 3 hearts for a little fairness.

    This thread is AWESOME! Thank you so much and this will help me a lot with my classes. :)
    1. Do you happen to know a certain equation/formula that I could use to see what Stopping Power does to each gun, or would you have to test that in-game to find out? If it has to be tested in-game to find that out, then don't worry about it.
    2. What does "meters" mean in MC terms? Does 1 "meter" = 1 block? Does 3 "meters" = 1 block?
    3. I am thoroughly surprised to see that the SAW, AUG, PKP, MG36 and HAMR do more damage than the RPD without Stopping Power. Well despite it is by far the best LMG with Stopping Power and it's crazy OP accuracy.
    4. I'm in awe that the MP5 does more damage than the Vector. It always seemed like the Vector did more. I like the Vector more personally which surprises me as I like higher damage weapons more often that not. I think the Vector makes up for it with a little bit of a higher RoF though, and since the they both have similar recoil the Vector comes out on top in my opinion. I love both of the guns though.
    5. I will note I use almost every gun with Stopping Power, but I'm supposing when you put on Stopping Power it bumps up all guns' damages equally which then my points still stand. (Meaning the MP5 still does more damage than the Vector even when both do or don't have Stopping Power) If they do differ for each gun than that would surprise me to a certain degree.

    I think 1 block is supposed to be one cubic meter.

    The basic measure of distance is a block. One block in Minecraft is one meter cubed (1 m3) in real life.

    Not yet, But these are the Stats I'm getting together after I tested some main "cancer" weapons (rpd ect.)

    Single Fire weapons were always like that in CoD Games (except for the G3 after I researched changed that already now).

    Less cancer and more like Bubonic Plague at this point. Everybody gets killed by RPD and AUG.

    I always used Commas for Heart damage values for accuracy and other stuff I use Dots.
