shoota donation failed (Invalid)

not sure were to post this so I'll post it here

so i think i miss spelled ign in the donation thing or something and ended up not getting the thumper and kill streak bundle i donated for...

is there anything that can be done with this?

Charge back and then re-donate would be my idea to fix this yourself.

 

ok i got kicked from the server the kick said "could not find donation transaction please provide more info!"

what more info do i need to post?

sorry i'm guessing they asked for more info when i was in lobby but i was in bed feeling really sick so i didnt respond...
